Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The item is damaged, defective, or compromised in quality
• The item received is not what you ordered (wrong size, color, or product)

To request a return:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
• Email bnblabb@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description, and photos of the item
• We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is approved

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind, sizing preferences, or customer handling issues
• Tights or shorts, due to hygiene reasons
