At © 7k Running Club, we’re committed to delivering your orders efficiently and reliably. Please review the following terms regarding shipping and order tracking.

1. Domestic Shipping (Mongolia)

Delivery Timeframe

  • Orders within Mongolia are delivered to the customer’s registered address within 2 to 5 business days after successful order confirmation.

    • Pre-Orders

  • For pre-ordered items, please allow 21 to 28 business days for production and delivery. We will notify you once your order is prepared for shipment.

    • Shipping Method

  • We work with trusted local courier services to ensure safe delivery.

    • Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply during promotional periods or for qualifying orders.

    • Order Status

  • To check the status of your order, please log in to your account and visit the My Orders section of your dashboard.

    • 2. International Shipping

    We currently do not offer international shipping via our online store. However, we are actively working to expand our capabilities. If you’re located outside Mongolia and wish to place an order, please contact us directly to discuss potential arrangements

    3. Delivery Issues

    If you encounter any delivery delays, missing packages, or related concerns, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with our courier partners to assist you as quickly as possible.
